The Eagles will be cutting AJ Feeley today. I spent the last few days telling you this wouldn't happen, but it did. I had heard from sources that AJ wasn't going anywhere. Apparently the front office decided that it was worth it to let him go and add someone else to the roster.
Several reports have the Eagles doing this in order to make a waiver claim. No report yet on who that player is. I'm still leaning toward LB, specifically MLB. I'll update as soon as I hear something.

Shocked that he was just out-right cut. However, I'm glad he can sort of "choose" where he wants to go and what he wants to do now.
AJ, for a 2nd and 3rd QB, was an important part of this team for the past half-decade. I hope he has some options and can sign with a good organization.
Class guy that I hate to see go but perhaps there's a better opportunity out there for him. Great shot of him during the Jets game talking in earnest to Kolb after one of Kevin's offensive series. Great team guy.
