Jack Ikegwuonu and Bryan Smith have been cut. That is a 3rd and 4th round pick from 2008 that are gone. Neither guy played well this summer. Both could be PS candidates if they go unclaimed.
SF cut LB Justin Roland. He was with us last summer. Could be of interest if we're looking for any LBs to add to the roster or PS.

Michael Vick will not be on the Eagles’ 53-man roster to open the season, with the team opting to use an exemption. Vick cannot practice under the guidelines set forth, until he is eligible to return for regular season action in Week 3.

The Ravens released veterans Yamon Figurs, Justin Harper and Jayson Foster and rookie Eron Riley, leaving the team with just four wide receivers on its roster.

Which Eagles reciever does JH espy?
I hope he wants Reggie Brown. Could be that he'd prefer Hank. BAL made a point of trying to go for big guys starting spring of '08.
That sucks for Justin Harper. He was on a Hokie offense that had Eddie Royal, David Clowney and Josh Morgan ahead of him. All 3 of those guys are in the NFL and contributing to their teams.
J-Harp was a riot in class, too.
